Please note: - (To save you time) We do not accept Stag/Hen/Same sex bookings.
We require a £25 deposit to make any reservation. The balance would be payable on arrival. You should check availability BEFORE you send any payment.

If you intend sending a cheque (or postal order) please ring us so we can provisionally book the room for you - we only hold rooms for 24 hours so you'd need to send by 1st class post

If you prefer to send a cheque please contact us to confirm availability, please note we will only hold your room for 24 hours so you would need to post your cheque first class post, any provisional bookings where cheques have not been received within 24 hours will be cancelled.

Cancellation charges
It is your right to cancel your booking with us at any time. However if we have reserved a room for you and declined other booking enquiries because of your reservation it is fair that we charge a cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking the following charges of the total booking cost apply.
- Outside 14 days - NO CHARGE - full refund* given as we have plenty of time to fill your room again
- 1-14 days before arrival - 20%*
- Arrival day or later - No refund will be made*.
We include the word "later" in case you don't let us know that you can't arrive.
We'll always keep your first night reserved - even if you don't show up or contact us but we reserve the right to make any room that you had reserved become available after 9am on the second day of your intended stay if you don't contact us by that time.
*However, if we fill your room for the same dates that you booked we would make a complete refund (Any refunds due to cancellation are subject to a £15 administration charge)
